Absolutely not. SureBright and our underwriters assume all financial risks associated with warranty coverage and claims processing. You receive commission revenue without any exposure to claim costs, replacement expenses, or operational liabilities. Once you file a claim, our adjudicator reviews it according to your warranty plan terms. If it's valid, we either repair or replace your product. When neither is possible, we refund you the equivalent of what you paid for the product. The repair process depends on your product and location - we might come to you, ask you to visit a repair center, or arrange shipping (which we cover).
