How does it work?

Once we've completed your merchant onboarding, we'll activate shipping insurance on your products. This will allow your customers to purchase shipping insurance from within the purchase journey without any disruptions.  

We'll also periodically bill you the cost of our share of the shipping insurance, ensuring you retain the agreed-upon revenue share on the sold insurance. We are also proud to provide the world's only completely hands-off program for merchants. 

We take on the financial risk and manage all the operations related to the shipping insurance, including applying insurance on your products as your inventory changes and handling claims. If a customer encounters a problem with a shipment under the insurance, they'll reach out to us. We will then take the necessary steps to either reship the order or provide a refund, without any hassle to you.

  1. We start with an introductory meeting to understand your needs and outline the shipping insurance program.
  2. We'll provide a detailed pricing structure that includes retail warranty plan costs and your revenue share.
  3. You'll undertake the necessary steps for onboarding tailored to your sales channel. In most cases, this takes less than 10 minutes.
  4. Finally, we handle the technical integration, enabling customers to purchase shipping insurance. In most cases, it takes only two days.
