It's a customized link that streamlines the warranty purchase process and takes less than a minute to complete. Check the email that you used to purchase the product you want to cover; it will be in your inbox. Sometimes, emails are in the Spam / Junk folder. So don’t forget to check there if you can’t find it in the inbox.
In the case of offline sales, customers can either reach out to the retailer directly or contact us via our website or any of the contact details shared in this document to make a warranty purchase. We offer multiple avenues to ensure convenient access to warranty options.

When you return the protected product, the retailer will refund you the money you paid for the protection plan. If the product is returned 30 days after the purchase, SureBright will issue a pro-rated refund as per the terms of your plan.
Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms.
