What exactly does a whole system warranty cover?

Our whole system warranty provides comprehensive protection for your entire custom installation- including
 all components like A/V equipment, smart home devices, security systems, and more. We cover mechanical and electrical breakdowns, 
power surges, and with our Accidental Damage Plan, even unexpected incidents like accidental damage to equipment. If something
goes wrong with any part of your system, you're protected for up to $50,000 per installation.

How is this different from the manufacturer's warranty on individual components?

Manufacturer warranties typically cover only specific components for a limited time and often exclude installation-related issues or
system integration problems. 
Our whole system warranty covers your entire integrated system- including the labor and expertise needed to diagnose and fix 
issues across multiple connected components. During your manufacturer warranty period, we cover what they don't, and after it expires, we continue protecting your entire investment.

Who actually performs the repairs- my original installer or someone else?

Your installing dealer has the first right to accept repair jobs, which means you may get the same trusted professional who 
installed your system. If they're unavailable or choose not to accept, we'll connect you with a qualified 
technician from our vetted network who specializes in your type of system. Either way, you'd always get expert service.


What happens if my system can't be repaired?

If we determine that your system cannot be economically repaired, we'll provide either a replacement of equivalent functionality or 
reimbursement based on your plan terms. We want to ensure you get back to enjoying your investment as quickly as possible, 
whether that means replacement equipment or financial reimbursement.


How do I file a claim if something goes wrong with my system?

Filing a claim is simple and takes just minutes. You can log into our Customer Portal and submit your claim online, or 
contact us directly via email at support@surebright.com, call 855-306-4874, or chat with us on our website. Most claims are 
approved quickly, with many estimates auto-accepted to get repairs started fast.
