Can I add a product protection plan after purchase?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to purchase an extended warranty within 30 days after your initial product purchase.

For online sales, we provide a unique web link to all customers who buy a product eligible for warranty coverage but don't initially opt for a warranty. This link is included in our follow-up emails, giving customers an additional chance to buy a warranty. It's a customized link that streamlines the warranty purchase process and takes less than a minute to complete.

Check the email that you used to purchase the product you want to cover; it will be in your inbox. Sometimes, emails are in the Spam / Junk folder. So don't forget to check there if you can't find it in the inbox.
In the case of offline sales, customers can either reach out to the retailer directly or contact us via our website or any of the contact details shared in this document to make a warranty purchase. We offer multiple avenues to ensure convenient access to warranty options.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
