How do I add the warranty to my Specifi workflow?

Add the SureBright module inside Specifi's settings. Eligible products are auto-matched with our advanced AI. From there, you simply toggle coverage on any proposal - choose 2, 3, or 5-year terms and the price appears in the customer quote. The whole setup takes under a minute.

Which products are eligible for coverage?

Virtually every product category custom integrators install: home theater, distributed audio, security, smart home, lighting, shades, automation, and networking gear. If it's in your Specifi proposal and it's an eligible electronic or electrical product, it can be covered under one whole-system plan.

How does Pricing work?

Pricing is based on the total system value of eligible items and the coverage term selected. There are no setup fees, monthly costs, or hidden charges. You earn a share on every warranty sale, plus extra earnings from the repair work you'd do in the future. You can also adjust customer-facing pricing with fixed or percentage discounts directly within the portal.

How are claims and customer service managed?

Customers (or you, on their behalf) file a claim online in under 2 minutes. SureBright handles intake, approval, and coordination. You get first right to perform the repair and get paid for the service. The customer deals with you- not a faceless call center. SureBright manages everything backstage.

How do I track my sales and payouts?

Everything is visible in the SureBright service portal- plans sold, active coverage, claims filed, repair payouts, and premium share earned. Warranty premiums are deposited directly into your account. SureBright invoices you for its portion, never the other way around.
