Why should I buy product protection?

A product protection plan protects your investment in the product against a vast range of issues for an extended period to ensure you have peace of mind while using it.
If something happens to the product, it ensures that you always can get your investment worth of enjoyment from the product. Different coverage plans cover different issues; feel free to check them below or while buying the product.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms

Once your product is assembled and functioning properly, SureBright handles all warranty-related problems that develop during use. This includes defects, breakdowns, accidental damage, or performance issues.

When in doubt, you can always contact either party - we coordinate with merchants to ensure you get help from the right source quickly.

Can I use my warranty coverage while traveling?

Geographic coverage varies by provider, with national providers typically offering protection throughout the country. International coverage is usually limited unless specifically included in your plan. Many providers offer 24/7 emergency authorization for urgent repairs while traveling, allowing you to get necessary service and seek reimbursement later. When buying coverage, verify geographic scope if you travel frequently.
