How will I know what is covered once I have made the purchase?

Once a purchase is made, we send customers all the information they will ever need for the warranty-

1. T&C of the policy they bought
2. Warranty contract Details
3. Details about how to file a claim
4.Our 24x7 customer care center details
5. Customer portal login details where they have everything listed in this list

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms

I can not access my original email; what should I do?

Customers can log in to the Customer Portal using the same email address they used to purchase and access all the details.
