Can I add a product protection plan after purchase?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to purchase an extended warranty within 30 days after your initial product purchase.

For online sales, we provide a unique web link to all customers who buy a product eligible for warranty coverage but don't initially opt for a warranty. This link is included in our follow-up emails, giving customers an additional chance to buy a warranty. It's a customized link that streamlines the warranty purchase process and takes less than a minute to complete.

Check the email that you used to purchase the product you want to cover; it will be in your inbox. Sometimes, emails are in the Spam / Junk folder. So don't forget to check there if you can't find it in the inbox.
In the case of offline sales, customers can either reach out to the retailer directly or contact us via our website or any of the contact details shared in this document to make a warranty purchase. We offer multiple avenues to ensure convenient access to warranty options.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms

I can not access my original email; what should I do?

When should I contact the merchant versus SureBright?

The dividing line is simple: contact the merchant for pre-delivery and setup issues, contact SureBright for product problems after everything is working.
Before your product ships, during delivery, or if you need help with assembly or initial setup, the merchant is your best resource.
Once your product is assembled and functioning properly, SureBright handles all warranty-related problems that develop during use. This includes defects, breakdowns, accidental damage, or performance issues.

When in doubt, you can always contact either party - we coordinate with merchants to ensure you get help from the right source quickly.

Are verbal promises about warranty coverage binding?

Written warranty terms govern your coverage, but verbal promises can still be legally significant under consumer protection laws. If a representative makes specific verbal commitments about coverage, document the conversation including date, time, and representative name.

While written contracts take precedence, misleading verbal representations may provide legal recourse in certain situations. For important coverage questions, always request written clarification to avoid confusion later.
