How will I know what's the coverage? How can I see the terms and conditions of the coverage?

Go to the product page to see the warranty offer right above the "Add to Cart" button. Click "What's Covered" under the SureBright logo, and a pop-up will open. This lists all the major terms and details of the warranty plan. If you want the official detailed terms, click "Detailed Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the same pop-up

What happens to my plan if I return the product?

When you return the protected product, the retailer will refund you the money you paid for the protection plan. If the product is returned 30 days after the purchase, SureBright will issue a pro-rated refund as per the terms of your plan.

When in doubt, you can always contact either party - we coordinate with merchants to ensure you get help from the right source quickly.
