How can I buy the product protection plan?

Go to the product page of the product you are trying to protect. You will see the warranty offer right above the "Add to Cart" button.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you cancel it after 30 days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms

Will my product be replaced or repaired if I file a claim?

This depends on your plan! However, if you have a repair plan and we can't fix it, we'll replace it at no additional cost!

When should I contact the merchant versus SureBright?

The dividing line is simple: contact the merchant for pre-delivery and setup issues, contact SureBright for product problems after everything is working.
Before your product ships, during delivery, or if you need help with assembly or initial setup, the merchant is your best resource.
Once your product is assembled and functioning properly, SureBright handles all warranty-related problems that develop during use. This includes defects, breakdowns, accidental damage, or performance issues.

When in doubt, you can always contact either party - we coordinate with merchants to ensure you get help from the right source quickly.

Can I use my warranty coverage while traveling?

Geographic coverage varies by provider, with national providers typically offering protection throughout the country. International coverage is usually limited unless specifically included in your plan. Many providers offer 24/7 emergency authorization for urgent repairs while traveling, allowing you to get necessary service and seek reimbursement later. When buying coverage, verify geographic scope if you travel frequently.
