Merchants on standard e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) typically go live within ~2 business days after onboarding.
Custom sites can take longer (up to ~two weeks) depending on API complexity.
The first payout is triggered in 30 days after the merchant goes live.
Additional payouts follow at 90 days and after one year, based on the merchant’s eligible sales volume.
If a merchant’s sales grow or change over time, payouts naturally align with the applicable sales tier.
This keeps rewards fair and tied to real merchant activity.
No ongoing involvement is required.
Once the introduction is made, SureBright works directly with the merchant. You stay informed but are not responsible for onboarding, support, or claims.

If a merchant does not move forward, there is no payout.

Yes. Many referrers introduce merchants they already have trusted relationships with.
As long as SureBright is not already actively working with the merchant, the introduction can qualify.
