How can I file a claim?

Customers can file a claim by any of the following steps,
a. They can log in to the Customer Portal and file a claim with just a few clicks.
b. They can contact us directly via email/call/chat and provide details.

When a customer buys a warranty plan, we send customers all the coverage details, including
the steps to file a claim.

How can I buy the product protection plan?

Go to the product page of the product you are trying to protect. You will see the warranty offer right above the “Add to Cart” button.

Can I add a product protection plan after purchase? If so, for how long, and what is the process for doing so?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to purchase an extended warranty within 30 days after your initial product purchase.

For online sales, we provide a unique web link to all customers who buy a product eligible for warranty coverage but don't initially opt for a warranty. This link is included in our follow-up emails, giving customers an additional chance to buy a warranty. It's a customized link that streamlines the warranty purchase process and takes less than a minute to complete. Check the email that you used to purchase the product you want to cover; it will be in your inbox. Sometimes, emails are in the Spam / Junk folder. So don’t forget to check there if you can’t find it in the inbox.


In the case of offline sales, customers can either reach out to the retailer directly or contact us via our website or any of the contact details shared in this document to make a warranty purchase. We offer multiple avenues to ensure convenient access to warranty options.

How will I know what’s the coverage? How can I see the terms and conditions of the coverage?

Go to the product page to see the warranty offer right above the “Add to Cart” button. Click “What’s Covered” under the SureBright logo, and a pop-up will open. This lists all the major terms and details of the warranty plan. If you want the official detailed terms, click "Detailed Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the same pop-up.
