Director of Sales

  • Own the complete end-to-end sales cycles, including designing and implementing organizational sales and marketing campaigns, strategizing on streamlined sales cycles, and achieving ambitious sales goals of an early-stage start-up

  • Build scalable & strategic systems for lead sourcing, qualification, conversion, and retention, including:

  • Drive prospecting via phone, email, and available databases and tools to research and develop target accounts and prospect lists

  • Sell into e-commerce stores, OEMs, and marketplaces at an enterprise scale

  • Sell into tech companies that participate in the consumer purchase journey, e.g., BNPL, Cart Management Companies

  • Build and lead a team of tenacious salespeople from the ground up and create best practices and internal processes for the sales team

  • Work directly with the CEO and COO to influence the product roadmap and strategize top of the funnel

  • Be an invaluable, empathetic, and solutions-driven utility player with a strong sense of ownership for an early-stage start-up​

Requirements

  • At least three years of experiences building and scaling sales organizations at Seed to Series A companies

  • Experience selling into e-commerce and enterprise opportunities

  • Experience managing and mentoring salespeople – from BDRs to enterprise AEs

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, and dynamic start-up environment.

  • Knowledge of eCommerce tools, e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and technical verbiage, e.g., APIs

  • Strong sense of ownership, EQ, and the ability to listen with empathy

Account Executive

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering (Full-Stack) experience

  • Must have experience with at least 2 out of following three - Java, ReactJS/JavaScript, AWS

  • Experience with Shopify or any similar platform is a plus!

  • Frontend (JS, ReactJS)

  • Backend (Java, AWS)
